Returns

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
Perishable goods such as paan, fresh juices, milkshakes, smoothies, coffee, and bakery items are generally not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.
For non-perishable or packaged products, return eligibility may vary based on condition and reason.
Return Process:

Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions.
Securely pack the item, include the RA number, and a copy of your original proof of purchase.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked courier service for safe return handling. Mantra Paan & Cafe is not liable for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Refunds:

Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchanges:

Our support team will provide an Exchange Authorization (EA) number and step-by-step instructions.
Pack the item securely with the EA number and proof of purchase.
Exchange Shipping:
Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
Replacement item shipping will be covered by Mantra Paan & Cafe.
